The Mission We are looking for a "Translator-in-Chief." This role is the strategic bridge between our Partners (Business Leaders in Agri, Legal, and Pharma) and our Lab (Elite Data Scientists & Developers). You will ensure that our high-potential talent delivers commercial-grade work that solves real business problems. You are the architect of the "Translation" layer in our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Act as the primary face to our partners. Translate their vague business pain points into precise technical backlogs and specifications.
• Squad Leadership: Manage the daily operations of our technical squads. Ensure the "Engine" (our data scientists and developers) is delivering on time, on spec, and adhering to our "Extreme Ownership" standards.
• Delivery Lifecycle: Oversee the full lifecycle of new AI services—from initial scoping and data assessment to final deployment. You are responsible for the 'Definition of Done.'
• Gap Detection: Identify when the technical team is "drowning in theory" and proactively pull them back to business reality. Mentorship is key.
Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience: 3–5 years in Technical Project Management, Product Management, or Data Consultancy.
• Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in "Business" (ROI, KPIs, Profitability) and "Tech" (APIs, Model Accuracy, Pipelines, Agile/Scrum).
• Mindset: Disciplined and organized, but comfortable in a fast-paced, chaotic startup environment.
• Bonus: Experience working with data science teams or in a Venture Studio environment.
