AI Performance and Projection Engineer

Job Details: Job Description: Model AI HW & SW (GPU/accelerator) for performance analysis. Analyze AI workloads to identify critical kernels & patterns. Estimate ideal performance of kernels & workloads for a given HW spec. Enhance & maintain the performance modeling toolkit for projections. Correlate projected performance with device/simulator & improve models Propose optimizations in SW & kernel implementation to improve WL perf Study new & different DL networks for future optimization requirements The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavior skills: Strong communication skills Work well in a team environment Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school-work/ classes/ research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. Minimum Qualifications: BS with 9+, Masters with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years, of relevant industry experience in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering related technical discipline. Programming in Python/C++, strong in Data Structures/Algorithms, worked on large SW projects. Knowledge of computer architecture & compiler fundamentals Strong written & verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AI algorithms (e.g. LLMs) & DL and serving frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, JAX, vLLM, SGLang, HF).
