AI-Native Lead Developer - Full-Stack

You will be responsible for designing and developing SaaS platforms, marketplaces, web applications, and mobile apps employing an AI-native development methodology, ensuring high technical standards throughout each project. This position is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can guide small teams, engage directly with global clients, and transform intricate business challenges into elegant, scalable technical solutions. You will advocate for AI-driven workflows, lead innovation through research and development, and actively contribute to the overall expansion of the studio.

Requirements:
What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement full-stack solutions—including SaaS platforms, marketplaces, web applications, and mobile apps—from start to finish.
• Lead engineering teams of 3 to 6 members, enhancing code quality, managing delivery schedules, and fostering technical growth.
• Engage directly with international clients through video conferencing, presentations, and written communication to build trust and alignment.
• Convert complex business problems into clear, scalable technical designs and solutions.
• Integrate AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle, including code generation, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Create AI-enhanced product features utilizing large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, agentic AI patterns, and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Manage integration of payment gateways, design pricing strategies, and oversee subscription billing within client products.
• Advocate for cybersecurity best practices—ensuring products are protected against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, enforcing secure authentication methods, and maintaining data protection standards.
• Maintain rigorous focus on code quality, performance optimization, and security in all deliverables.
• Conduct internal training sessions to upskill team members on emerging technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices.
• Participate in marketing and thought leadership by producing technical content, demos, and case studies.
• Research and assess new technologies, proposing initiatives that enhance delivery processes or unlock new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Over 6 years of full-stack development experience with a strong track record of shipped products.
• Proven leadership of teams ranging from 3 to 6 engineers, successfully delivering projects end-to-end in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in modern web and mobile technologies, including React, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React Native or Flutter, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of database design, API architecture, and common SaaS/marketplace platform patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to design and architect scalable, production-ready systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with clients through calls, whiteboard sessions, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Proven history of delivering high-quality, reliable solutions to global (Western) customers.
• Self-motivated with a research and development mindset—actively seeking solutions, proposing ideas, and driving innovation.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI concepts, including retrieval-augmented generation, context and memory management, prompt engineering, and AI service pricing models.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay) and developing pricing and subscription architectures.
• Strong cybersecurity awareness, including secure coding practices, vulnerability assessments, OWASP Top 10 knowledge, and data protection compliance.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI-driven development workflows, such as code assistants, automated testing, and AI-powered tooling.
