AI Native Full-stack Engineer

We are seeking an AI Native Full-stack Engineer to join our software development team. In this role, you will design, build, and ship production features across our platform using Django (Python), PostgreSQL, and React - with AI coding agents as your primary development instrument. A key part of this role is to drive specification-first, AI-augmented development practices together with our software teams, using coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate and improve how we build software. We are looking for engineers who write less and less code by hand while delivering more and more through agent-driven workflows. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Full Agentic Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery workflows using AI coding agents as your primary development method. Clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, execute via agents, validate via tests, and finalize for review/merge.

• Full-stack Development: Build and maintain features across Django REST APIs, PostgreSQL data models, and React UI components for our Service Delivery platforms.

• Context Engineering: Own the “knowledge layer” that makes AI agents effective in our codebase - create CLAUDE.md files, system prompts, and context documentation that teach agents about our architecture and business rules.

• Delivery Acceleration: Ship production features using AI-augmented workflows. Refactor, migrate, and modernize existing codebases with agent assistance. Automate routine engineering tasks.

• Team Enablement: Transfer AI-native development practices to teammates through demonstration, mentoring, shared prompt libraries, and reusable tooling.

• Quality Ownership: Ensure changes are verified, not just generated - tests passing, edge cases considered, code review-ready. Never merge code you don’t understand.

• Documentation: Document AI-driven development patterns, agent workflows, and engineering standards for knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
• AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent autonomous coding agents in production work. Understanding of agentic workflow patterns: task decomposition, parallel execution, human-in-the-loop verification.

• Full-stack Experience: Strong experience with Django (Python) and PostgreSQL (REST APIs, ORM, migrations, complex queries). Solid React/frontend skills - ability to read, review, and build UI components, even when AI writes most of the code.

• Working Style: Delegate, Review, Own mentality - you hand off implementation to agents, spend the majority of time reviewing (not writing) code, and take full responsibility for outcomes.

• Engineering Foundation: Understanding of software architecture, testing practices, code quality standards, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, transfer AI-native practices, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to staying ahead of AI-assisted development trends and tooling evolution.

Strong Advantages:

• Experience with GCP infrastructure and cloud platform services

• Experience building AI-powered product features (LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG

patterns)

• Track record of transitioning teams from traditional to AI-augmented development

• Familiarity with wind energy, robotics, or industrial IoT domains
