AI-Native Full-Stack Developer

Requirements:
Your Responsibilities

• Create and deliver comprehensive full-stack solutions—including SaaS platforms, web applications, and mobile apps—using an AI-native development approach;
• Develop AI-driven features leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic AI patterns, and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph;
• Implement secure integrations for payment gateways, subscription billing, and pricing plan management across products;
• Produce high-quality, secure code with a deep emphasis on cybersecurity, addressing OWASP vulnerabilities, data protection, and secure authentication methods;
• Communicate effectively with global clients and internal teams through clear documentation, video conferencing, and presentations;
• Incorporate AI tools into the software development lifecycle, including code generation, testing, documentation, and deployment;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in AI/ML, advancements in LLMs, and emerging security threats.

Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum three years of full-stack development experience with successfully delivered products;
• Expertise in modern technology stacks such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
• Practical experience working with LLMs, generative AI, and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, including knowledge of RAG, context management, memory, and prompt engineering;
• Experience integrating payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay) and building pricing and subscription models;
• Strong comprehension of cybersecurity concepts, secure coding standards, vulnerability assessments, OWASP Top 10, and data protection practices;
• Effective communication abilities, comfortable participating in client calls and producing clear documentation;
• Experience working in startups or other fast-paced environments;
• A self-driven individual with a strong curiosity about emerging technologies and AI advancements.
