What will be your role

As an AI & ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our artificial intelligence and machine learning practice in the Netherlands. You will be the visionary and key technical authority, responsible for shaping our AI and ML strategy and fostering a culture of innovation within our team and for our clients. You will play a key part for all AI and ML-related inquiries, empowering both our consultants and customers to leverage the transformative power of AI on Google Cloud. In essence, you are not just our technical authority, but a trusted advisor to our clients and a respected consultant in our team.

Your role is pivotal in driving our growth. You will contribute to the development of our team's AI/ML knowledge, collaborate with international counterparts, and work closely with our commercial team to deliver cutting-edge AI/ML projects. What we look for:

• You have 2+ years of experience in the data and AI & ML domain, with a proven track record of designing and implementing production-level AI & ML solutions.

• You possess hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI platform (or other similar hyperscaler experience).

• You have a strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and best practices, including MLOps.

• You are an empathetic and team player, skilled at active listening and building strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients from diverse backgrounds.

• You have a pragmatic approach to innovation, balancing cutting-edge research with the practicalities of project delivery. Your focus is always on delivering tangible outcomes and measurable ROI for our clients.

• You possess excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, capable of conveying complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and are not afraid to try new things and challenge the status quo.

• You are fluent in both spoken and written English, Dutch is a big plus
