Job Description

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist with strong HubSpot expertise and hands-on AI workflow experience. This role will design, test, and optimize automated nurture campaigns to drive scalable lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage email nurture sequences in HubSpot.

Set up, run, and analyze A/B tests (subject lines, copy, cadence, CTAs).

Implement and optimize lead scoring and segmentation (hot/warm/cold).

Build and refine automated workflows based on performance data.

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft and optimize email campaigns and create social content variations.
