Autohive is building the AI agent platform for business teams. We've hit product-market fit, customers are expanding, and now we need someone to build our demand generation engine from the ground up.
You'll be totally dedicated to scaling our marketing with AI—owning everything from programmatic SEO to paid campaigns to marketing automation. This isn't a "manage agencies" or "make strategy decks" role. You're a builder and executor who can take a campaign idea and run it independently from concept to conversion.

What you'll do
Build scalable organic growth
• Create programmatic SEO systems that generate hundreds or thousands of targeted pages (use cases, integrations, comparisons)
• Optimise content for both traditional search engines and LLM retrieval (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
• Own technical SEO and drive month-over-month traffic growth
Run end-to-end paid campaigns
• Launch and optimise campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels independently
• Manage budgets, creative testing, audience segmentation—strategy through execution
• Hit cost-per-MQL and pipeline targets
Automate everything
• Build lead scoring, routing, and nurture workflows in HubSpot
• Use AI agents (including Autohive itself) to 10x your output
• Use Autohive itself and work with our developers to develop AI agents that can automate all routine work in Marketing
Requirements:
Must-haves:
• 3+ years in growth marketing with proven programmatic SEO experience (you've built content systems at scale)
• Track record of independently running paid campaigns from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Hands-on marketing automation experience with HubSpot
• Active AI user who understands LLM optimisation, not just traditional SEO
• Self-sufficient executor—you figure things out and don't wait for detailed playbooks
Nice-to-haves:
• B2B SaaS marketing experience
• Early-stage startup background
• Built marketing automations using AI/agents like N8N, Make, Zapier etc

Location
Our first preference is Wellington-based, second preference is anywhere in New Zealand. We are not considering overseas applicants for this role.
