Job Description

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. Our client is a leading global company in the Defence, Aerospace, and Advanced Digital Technologies sectors and is recruiting a Junior AI / Machine Learning Engineer to support the development and implementation of solutions in Machine Learning and Generative AI. This person will contribute to building intelligent features and automation that enhance our products and operations. This is a great opportunity to grow hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsabilities:

• Support the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions
• Assist in building GenAI applications and working with LLMs
• Contribute to the creation of simple AI agents and automation workflows
• Help develop PoCs and pilot projects
• Collaborate with the team in an Agile (SCRUM) environment

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts
• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI or open-source models)
• Interest in prompt engineering and RAG concepts
• Basic understanding of Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex is a plus)
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Academic background in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar
