Buscamos un/a AI Integration Engineer para unirse al equipo de IA.

Must Have:

• Experiencia en Python y manejo de APIs REST.

• Conocimiento de librerías y frameworks para integraciones rápidas (ej. LangChain, FastAPI, Flask).

• Experiencia montando automatizaciones con herramientas cloud o de productividad.

• Habilidad para traducir necesidades no técnicas en soluciones funcionales.

• Ganas de experimentar y sacar prototipos a producción.

Nice to have:

• Experiencia en IA generativa (LLMs, RAG, visión, generación de imágenes).

• Familiaridad con despliegues básicos en cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) o contenedores (Docker).

• Experiencia previa en entornos creativos, startups o consultoría.

Soft skills:

• Mentalidad maker: hacer, probar, iterar.

• Comunicación clara con equipos multidisciplinares.

• Curiosidad por explorar nuevas herramientas y aplicaciones.

• Capacidad de priorizar y entregar soluciones rápidas.

Tareas:

• Conectar APIs de IA (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Stability AI, etc.) con nuestros flujos de trabajo.

• Desarrollar scripts, automatizaciones e integraciones que resuelvan necesidades concretas de los equipos.

• Montar prototipos funcionales rápidos para testear nuevos procesos y herramientas.

• Crear interfaces sencillas (ej. con Streamlit o Gradio) para que los equipos no técnicos usen IA fácilmente.

• Identificar oportunidades de uso de IA en los distintos departamentos y convertirlas en soluciones prácticas.

• Documentar y formar a equipos internos en el uso de las herramientas creadas
