AI Insights Strategist

About this role 
• Spearhead the deployment of Aily at new client engagements by defining the initial AI insight strategy: identify high-impact business questions, prioritize analysis, and turn them into actionable analytical problems.
• Lead the first wave of analysis during onboarding, delivering high-quality insights through hands-on work with Python, SQL, and data exploration to validate value and shape downstream AI solutions.
• Strategize how insights should come to life within the product experience: decide which insights belong in conversational LLM interactions, narrative story formats, or curated playlist-style views, ensuring insights are timely, intuitive, and embedded where they drive the most user value. 
• Partner with AI and product teams to align on feasibility and long-term scalability, and support AI teams on the creation of AI tools that answer the defined insights.
• Validate, interpret, and stress-test AI model outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and business impact, continuously refining insight logic based on client feedback and real-world usage.
• Communicate complex insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders: present findings, frame recommendations, surface gaps and opportunities, and help clients understand how AI drives measurable outcomes.

Your profile:
Journey to impact: 
• Month 1: Deliver fast, industry-specific impact. Quickly ramp up on a new client’s financial drivers and industry (pharma, luxury retail, music production,automotive), define &deliver high-value analyses and prototypes using Python and SQL, and present actionable insights to client and internal stakeholders.
• Month 3: Turn insights into product experiences. Own how insights are designed and surfaced in the Aily product across LLM conversations, stories, and playlist-style views. Partner with AI and engineering teams to automate and scale validated analyses into reliable insight pipelines.
• Month 6: Lead cross-industry insight strategy. Become a trusted AI Insights Strategist, able to decode new industries rapidly, define high-impact financial insights, influence best practices and the product roadmap, and communicate strategic recommendations to leadership and clients.

Your profile 

We’re looking for a professional at the intersection of business, analytics, and AI, who excels at identifying high-impact insights and ensuring AI drives real business value. You understand client context quickly, ask the right questions, and help translate analysis into productized insights. 

● Analytical & technical foundation: Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL for exploratory and financial analysis. Comfortable working with ML or LLM-based systems and collaborating with AI teams to scale analyses into production. 
● Business & financial acumen: Deep understanding of how businesses create and measure value. Able to rapidly become a temporary subject-matter expert in a client’s industry (e.g., pharma, retail, luxury, media) and prioritize insights by impact versus effort. 
● Product & insight strategy mindset: Skilled at deciding how and where insights should live in the product across conversational LLMs, narrative stories, or curated views to maximize relevance and adoption. 
● Insight-driven problem solver: Curious, pragmatic, and fast-moving. You test assumptions, interpret results critically, and favor simple, explainable solutions when they deliver the most value. 
● Communication & collaboration: Clear and persuasive communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Effective partner to product, engineering, AI teams, and clients. 
● Startup mindset & ownership: Comfortable with ambiguity, short client cycles, and cross-industry rotations. Autonomous, proactive, and accountable for delivering outcomes. 
● Bonus points: Advanced quantitative background, strong software/data engineering fundamentals, or experience with modern LLMs and agentic systems.
