 About the Role 

Title: AI Implementation Engineer 

Function: Engineering 

Reporting: CEO 

Location: U.S. East Coast (Remote) 

What you’ll do
 

AI Strategy & Discovery 

Identifyhigh-value AI opportunities with CEO and leaders. 

Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Build AI adoption roadmap with measurable outcomes.

AI Agent & Workflow Development 

Build and deploy AI agents using OpenAI,LangChain,crewAI, etc. 

Integrate AI into internal systems like Jira, Slack, Salesforce.

Create POCs and iterate into production systems.

Technical Integration 

Ensure compliance and security across all AI workflows.

Collaborate with Engineering on APIs and data flows.

Establishmonitoring and evaluation frameworks. 

Enablement & Change Management 

Train teams, build documentation, runworkshops.

Drive AI literacy and adoption across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications
 

4–7 years in software, ML engineering, or automation.

Hands-on experience with LLMs,
LangChain, agent frameworks.

Strong Python or JS/TS skills.

Proven ability to build and deploy AI automations.

Strong communication
and analytical skills. 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
 

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).

Knowledge of RAG architecture.

Background in SaaS or regulated environments.

Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier.
