AI Growth Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and analytical AI Growth Operations Specialist to join our dynamic growth team. This mid-level role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights and creative strategies to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and conversion on the Binance platform. You will work cross-functionally to enhance product features and execute growth initiatives that drive sustainable user growth.

Responsibilities::
• Conduct daily data analysis to understand user segments, behavior trends, and funnel performance.
• Monitor cost, ROI, and other key growth metrics to ensure efficient budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify friction points and optimize user flows to increase conversion rates.
• Cooperate with the Data team to complete an AI model based on different user segments and all points of user journey.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to leverage platform capabilities and drive product enhancements that support growth objectives.
• Initiate and lead growth projects independently, ensuring detailed execution and conducting thorough post-mortem reviews to extract learnings and improve future initiatives.
• Continuously track, report, and communicate growth performance and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements::
• Familiar with user segments and user lifecycle logic,experienced user operation projects with good result and matured logic.
• Familiar with AI model and has experience on AI model strategy design and rich knowledge about the initial request design
• Proven experience in a growth-related role with strong data analysis skills and logical problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in data tools and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, managing projects end-to-end from ideation to execution and review.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
• Creative mindset with experience designing and executing growth strategies such as voucher programs, task incentives, or similar campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Passion for the crypto industry is a plus.
