We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Governance and Change Analyst to join a project in the banking sector. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting strategic planning, governance processes, and change management initiatives across the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of corporate governance principles.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to design and deploy change management initiatives.
• Support the governance framework by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor impacts through dashboards and KPI design.
                           
• 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, or a similar role.
• University degree in Management or similar relevant area.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills: autonomy, ability to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts for senior audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hybrid (50% remote / 50% on-site) in either Porto or Lisbon.
