AI Full-Stack Software Developer (m/w/d)

Your mission:
Build, test, refine. You will rapidly work with AI Frameworks and Agents, connect them into larger ecosystems, and actively contribute to system design, not just implement it. Your focus is on developing, integrating, learning from results, and iterating toward robust, production-ready software with exceptional quality. 
  
What You’ll Do: • Develop using AI to custom orchestrations required for a high quality and fast deployment. 
• Collaborate with the Systems Architect on structure, logic, and orchestration. 
• Experiment with new approaches, models, and coordination strategies. 
• Connect agents so they share data and work together in real time. 
• Continuously test and adjust agents based on feedback and performance metrics. 
• Bring ideas to the table on how to improve the overall system.

Your profile:
• Solid coding skills (Python, TypeScript, or similar). 
• Ability to quickly understand a process and translate it into a functional prototype. 
• Creative, hands-on problem-solving mindset. 
• Knowledge of APIs, pipelines and integrations. 
• Enthusiasm for experimentation and learning through doing. 
• Willingness to challenge assumptions and suggest better ways forward. 

Nice to Have :•   Experience with RAG pipelines or multi-agent orchestration. 
•   UI/front-end skills for monitoring or dashboards. 
•   Background in automation, data pipelines, or workflow tools.
