Now, we’re looking for an AI Expert to assist our amazing clients and further improve our Engage products!

What you will do

We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.

In your first 12 months, you will:

• Take ownership as a true AI Expert
We are looking for someone with deep technical expertise in AI, not just theoretical knowledge, but hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions. You’ll play an important role in helping businesses unlock the full potential of our advanced AI products, ensuring they deliver measurable value.

• Work closely with clients as a trusted consultant
You’ll act as a strategic advisor to our clients, guiding them in integrating AI into their operations. Your ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights will be key to building strong relationships and driving client success.

• Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling
You’ll focus on driving results through our flagship AI products:

• Inspire: An AI-powered personalization engine that elevates customer engagement through tailored experiences, such as personal recommendations and predictive campaigns.

• Halo: An advanced Agentic AI platform offering proactive, future-ready support to transform tasks and business processes.

• Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work
You’ll analyze challenges and opportunities related to AI implementations, offering creative and practical solutions that drive results. Your ability to adapt and iterate quickly will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

• Help shape how this role will look a year from now
AI is advancing at an incredible pace, and this role requires someone who can adapt and evolve alongside it. You’ll need to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge while meeting clients’ ever-changing needs. Your contributions will shape the future of this role and drive the growth of CM.com’s AI solutions in a fast-moving landscape.

We are looking for someone who thrives on delivering tangible results. Your success will be defined by the measurable impact you create for clients, helping them transform their operations and customer experiences with cutting-edge AI technology.

That’s why you ideally have

• A Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in applying AI concepts in practical situations

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems

• Data skills: experience with SQL, query capabilities, and interpreting results through dashboarding

• Fluency in English and Dutch

• Data Science knowledge: understanding of Generative AI (GenAI), Consumer AI and Agentic AI
