Job Description & Summary

Key Responsibilities

• AI solution development: Contribute to the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI solutions (ideation, design, development, deployment, and support); take ownership of well‑defined modules and deliverables under guidance.

• Stakeholder engagement: Support the preparation of materials and articulate solution approaches to non‑technical stakeholders; gather requirements in collaboration with senior team members.

• Technical execution: Apply prompt‑engineering techniques, optimise model performance, build machine‑learning models, and develop agentic AI components using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, in line with established patterns and review processes.

• Best practices: Adhere to code quality, security, scalability, and ethical standards; contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment workflows.

• Continuous learning: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and proactively share relevant insights with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s or PhD is an advantage.

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in AI or machine‑learning development (experience in a business environment preferred).

• Demonstrated experience contributing to the design, deployment, and support of AI solutions for commercial use.

• Experience working on cross‑functional projects; consulting experience is advantageous.
