Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

•   Advanced RAG Implementation Implement and optimize sophisticated Agentic RAG and standard RAG pipelines with a strong focus on advanced Prompt   Context Engineering to ensure agents receive precise relevant and high-quality information
•   Design   Build Agentic Systems Design develop and deploy autonomous multi agent systems    using frameworks like crew ai to solve complex business problems
•   Agent to Agent A2A Communication Implement and refine A2A protocols to allow for complex   collaborative task execution between multiple AI agents
•   Develop MCP Connectors Build test  and maintain MCP Connectors to enable our AI agents to interact seamlessly with critical data sources including

          o Microsoft Spreadsheets

          o Databricks Lakehouse

          o Postgres databases

       5.  Backend  API Development  Create robust and scalable REST APIs to serve as the backbone for our              AI bots and applications  ensuring reliable communication and integration

      6. Cloud Deployment Enable deployment  management and monitoring of AI applications within our                    cloud  environment  specifically Open Telekom Cloud  OTC 

      7. AI Powered Development Utilize modern AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot  AI Engineer as a               core part of your daily workflow to write debug  and optimize code efficiently.

Required Qualifications   Skills

  1. Backend Expertise Proven experience as a backend developer e g   Python Node js  with a strong                  portfolio of building and deploying applications in a cloud environment

  2. Expertise in RAG Deep hands on experience designing and building both traditional RAG and                         advanced Agentic RAG systems from the ground up

 3.  Agentic Frameworks Demonstrable hands on experience building multi agent systems using crew ai or            similar frameworks e g   LangGraph  llamaindex 

 4.  API   Integration Expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating various third-party           services.

 5.  Data Connectivity Strong understanding of data integration patterns and experience connecting to and            managing data in relational databases Postgres and data lakes Databricks 

 6.  Modern Dev Tools High proficiency and daily use of AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or AI Engineer

 7. A problem-solving mindset with a passion for staying on the absolute cutting edge of Generative AI

Preferred Qualifications Bonus Points

  1. Direct experience with Open Telekom Cloud OTC 

  2. A deep understanding of the theoretical concepts behind MCP and A2A communication

  3. Familiarity with the challenges of productionizing LLM and agentic applications e g   evaluation                      monitoring security 

  4. Contributions to open-source AI or agentic focused projects
