AI Engineer (mid/senior)

As an AI Engineer, you will build end-to-end ML/AI features to solve real problems, from training predictive models that detect car faults to prototyping LLM-powered tools for summarizing business data or automating various processes, for different teams. What You’ll Do Develop, train, and deploy ML models. Build and deploy various AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with product teams to turn AI/ML ideas into features for users. Help the organization adopt AI tools and automate internal processes. Monitor and ensure the performance and quality of AI/ML solutions. Maintain reproducible code, testing and documentation standards. What We Expect From You Hands‑on experience developing and deploying ML models or AI solutions to production. Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (Pandas, PyTorch, etc.). Strong understanding of statistics, probability, A/B testing, feature engineering, and validation. Experience deploying AI features using Docker and API‑based microservices. Ability to juggle smooth communication and project execution. Nice to have requirements: Knowledge of IoT / connected device data flows. Knowledge of experiment design and A/B testing.
