Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
• Du entwickelst und betreibst AI-native Features end-to-end - mit Fokus auf Quality, Safety, Latency und Cost Efficiency.
• Du entwickelst agentic applications und Chatbots inklusive Tool Use, Stateful Workflows sowie (Multi-)Agent-Orchestration.
• Du etablierst Standards und Best Practices dafür, wie wir AI Systems entwickeln, evaluieren und deployen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Product und Engineering Leadership zusammen, um Business-Anforderungen in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
• Du gestaltest Experimentation Workflows sowie langfristige AI-Roadmap-Entscheidungen aktiv mit.

Das zeichnet Dich aus:
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Data Science, Machine Learning oder Software Engineering mit aktueller hands-on Erfahrung im AI Engineering und LLM-Umfeld
• Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse sowie Cloud-Erfahrung mit Azure, AWS oder GCP
• Erfahrung mit Evaluation, Monitoring und robusten produktiven Pipelines
• Erfahrung mit agentic systems, Chatbots und tool-using agents sowie Vertrautheit mit Multi-Agent-Architekturen
• Kenntnisse in Prompt Engineering, RAG und modernen Orchestration Frameworks wie LangGraph oder LangChain
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Compliance-Themen, Security-/Privacy-by-Design sowie einem DevOps-/SRE-Mindset - insbeshrung mit modernen Machine Learning-Frameworks und -Bibliotheken (z.B. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
