Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

The Role in Brief

Reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer and, on the technical side, to the Vice Precident of Engineering, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Deliver AI-powered solutions that drive both internal efficiency and new customer value through data-driven insights.
• AI/ML Solution Implementation: Work closely with business leaders and data scientists to understand user needs and transition AI/ML prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Full-Scale Model Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
• Data Integration: Ensure the efficient collection and integration of data from diverse sources for the training and validation of AI models.
• System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to seamlessly integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and improve data collection processes.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance to ensure scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Code Quality and Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while ensuring best practices in software development.
• Process Improvement: Leverage AI/ML to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing business performance and competitiveness.
• Change Management and Adoption: Support the successful adoption of AI/ML solutions by managing organizational change, assisting with user training, and conducting post-implementation follow-up to help users and address any issues.

 

Your profile

We are currently hiring for two positions and welcome candidates who meet the following:

• Solid understanding of and hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, data management, and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• 6-month internship only, with a valid internship agreement required.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
