Job Description

We’re hiring an AI Engineer Consultant to help integrate advanced LLM and agentic capabilities into our software solutions. You’ll work with Azure AI Foundry, .NET, SQL Server, and modern web technologies while leading AI feature design and contributing to a high performing- Agile team. The ideal candidate should have established hands-on experience in using LLMs to implement AI solutions such as chatbots, agents, and AI generated insights/summarization.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver customer value through continuous, iterative software releases.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to ongoing team improvements.
• Lead AI focused- design discussions, system design, development, reviews, and CI/CD efforts.
• Produce technical documentation (diagrams, notes, comments, use cases, training materials).
• Support internal/external users and assist in solution delivery and training.
• Promote best practices in AI engineering; research and prototype new approaches and tools.
• Partner with Architecture on standards for AI enabled- applications.

What You Bring
Preferred Knowledge
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript; C#, .NET, SQL Server
• Model Context Protocol; fine-tuning/model distillation
• VS, TFS, Git; test automation (unit/smoke/integration)
• Azure DevOps; performance/security/scalability fundamentals

Position Description
Strong Skills In
• Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Semantic Kernel or LangChain
• RAG, embeddings, vector databases
• Prompt engineering
• SOA, .NET Framework/Core, Web APIs
• Design patterns (DI, MVC) and code management best practices

Your Capabilities
• Work effectively in Agile/Scrum with ADO
• Analyze requirements, design solutions/tests, apply design patterns
• Lead AI -focused testing methodologies
• Follow SDLC and develop deep product/domain expertise
• Deliver high quality- work with strong detail orientation
• Prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly
• Own features from concept to delivery
• Communicate clearly (written and verbal) and reason analytically
• Demonstrate teamwork, ethics, customer focus, initiative, critical thinking, and adaptability
• Build relationships, show confidence, and use assertiveness appropriately

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Established hands-on experience in using LLMs to implement AI solutions such as
chatbots, agents, and AI generated insights/summarization.

Work Environment
Typical software engineering environment; may require occasional additional hours.
