AI Enablement and Project Specialist

As an AI Enablement and Project Specialist on our Learning, Enablement and Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between operational excellence and creative enablement.

You will support both our AI Enablement and Transformation Manager and our Creative AI Enablement Senior Manager to ensure that our creative teams and project managers are fully equipped to adopt AI in their work.

What You’ll Do :
• AI Bootcamps & Upskilling Initiatives: Collaborate closely on AI bootcamps and other upskilling initiatives, providing hands-on support in developing and delivering learning content.
• Learning Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging instructional materials that make complex AI concepts accessible and easy to grasp for creative teams.
• Workshops & Coaching: Facilitate and co-lead workshops or coaching sessions, helping creatives integrate AI into their daily workflows.
• Agile Team Support: Adapt quickly to evolving team needs and be a flexible, agile contributor across various Learning, Enablement and Transformation projects.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in project management or operational coordination within a creative, agency, or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with applying AI tools to project management and creative workflows.
• Ability to create clear, practical learning content and support live training sessions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Collaborative, adaptable mindset with comfort operating in a hybrid role.Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
