PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece is currently seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Transformation. The role will combine project leadership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration — both for internal development projects and for delivering advanced technology solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and Digital Transformation projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
• Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive the integration of AI technologies, automation, and analytics into business processes and client solutions.
• Support the company’s internal AI strategy and capability building, fostering innovation across teams.
• Actively and continuously contribute to shaping the company’s strategy in the field of AI, taking ownership of its implementation.
• Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in AI, translating them into actionable proposals and solutions for the company and its clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare progress reports, executive presentations, and project documentation for senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Contribute to thought leadership by supporting proposals, whitepapers, and presentations on AI and digital innovation.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of professional experience in Project Management, ideally within IT consulting, digital transformation, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Solid understanding of AI, automation, cloud technologies, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential.
