The role 

We are looking for an AI Developer who combines strong engineering skills with a consulting mindset. In this role, you will participate in customer engagements together with architects and developers, design AI and GenAI architectures, and clearly articulate why specific solutions best support customer goals. 

 

What will you do? 

• Lead technical discussions and solution shaping with customers 
• Translate business needs into AI use cases and clear, well-justified solution designs 
• Design and build modern, maintainable applications 
• Build and productionize AI / LLM / GenAI solutions (RAG, agents, tool calling, evaluation pipelines) 
• Design scalable data pipelines and apply MLOps / LLMOps practices 
• Ensure secure, compliant, and responsible AI implementations 
• Use AI agents and assistants in your daily work (designing and coding) and help others adopt these tools 
• Mentor developers and contribute to reusable accelerators and architectures 

 

What do we expect from you? 

• Strong consulting and communication skills; ability to explain trade-offs and guide decision-making 
• Software engineering experience (Python or similar), backend / API development, and cloud-native architecture (Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Experience designing and building modern enterprise-level applications 
• Hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks and LLM platforms (Azure AI / Azure OpenAI or similar), including model deployment, serving strategies, and production optimization 
• Solid understanding of vector search, RAG patterns, evaluation methods, prompt engineering, and guardrails 
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep), observability, and data engineering fundamentals 
• Knowledge of secure development practices, GDPR, and responsible AI 
• Fluent Finnish and English skills 

 

You will thrive especially well if you also have: 

• Experience with agentic workflows, vector databases, Databricks or Snowflake, model serving platforms, or AI / cloud certifications 
• Experience working in regulated domains (public sector, finance, healthcare) and high-security environments
