Role Overview

As an AI Developer, you will work at the intersection of AI, Microsoft .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server with document processing, screen scraping, and workflow automation. You will help architect and build the next generation of our intake engine—powering end-to-end automation for clinical referrals and integrations with hospital systems as well as our new MSP AI platform. Knowledge of PHP language would be beneficial.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape our next-gen product.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance .NET Core (C#) services powering Smart Admissions 3.0 and MSP Applications
• Architect and implement AI workflows using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Develop RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
• Work with document ingestion pipelines, OCR, and AI extraction models
• Integrate AI system with our MSP Platforms
• Perform screen scraping / automation (Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer) for referral portals
• Map AI-extracted data into structured SQL datasets
• Build and maintain UI components (React, Angular, or similar)
• Collaborate with U.S. developers, product team, and project manager
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and release planning
• Ensure security and compliance for PHI (HIPAA-like best practices)

Required Skills

• Strong .NET Core / C# experience (5+ years)
• PHP Language experience
• Full-stack development experience (backend + JavaScript front-end)
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong SQL skills (queries, functions, performance tuning)
• Experience calling OpenAI APIs or similar LLM service
• Ability to build automated data extraction tools (screen scraping)
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English
• Reliable home office setup + stable internet

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, embeddings, vector databases
• Experience integrating with healthcare systems (FHIR, HL7, EPIC)
• Experience with OCR (Azure Form Recognizer, Tesseract)

• Experience building AI agents or multi-step orchestration workflows

Benefits:
Compensation ₱150,000 – ₱220,000 (USD $2,600 – $3,800).
