We are looking for a creative and user-centric AI Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design to help shape intuitive, engaging, and intelligent digital experiences. In this role, you will design interfaces for AI-powered products that simplify complex workflows, enhance usability, and deliver meaningful value to users.

You will work closely with product managers, AI/ML engineers, and frontend developers to translate advanced AI capabilities into seamless, human-centered experiences. This role is ideal for designers who are passionate about interaction design, design systems, and the evolving intersection of AI and user experience.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling UI/UX solutions for AI-driven applications across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate AI capabilities (recommendations, predictions, automation, chat interfaces, dashboards) into user-friendly experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user journeys, interaction patterns, and information architecture.
• Design conversational interfaces, AI dashboards, and data-driven visualizations that improve decision-making and usability.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously improve product experiences.
• Ensure consistency across products by contributing to and maintaining design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Balance aesthetics with usability, accessibility, and performance best practices.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, product requirements, and AI model constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience designing for complex products, workflows, or data-heavy interfaces.
• Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces such as chatbots, recommendation systems, analytics dashboards, or automation tools.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions backed by research and user insights.

Good to Have

• Experience designing for AI, ML, SaaS, or enterprise products.
• Knowledge of basic AI concepts to better collaborate with AI/ML teams.
• Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or conversational UX.
• Understanding of frontend technologies and design-to-development workflows.
