The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. 

What you can expect:

Data Maintenance: Ensure high data quality and integrity through regular audits, efficient management, and robust validation processes.

Reporting: Generate insightful analyses and KPI reports to support strategic decision-making.

Automation: Design and implement process automation and scalable data infrastructure to improve efficiency and monitoring.

Data Handling: Collect, clean, and pre-process large datasets from diverse sources.

Modelling: Develop, deploy, and optimize predictive models using machine learning to enhance performance and accuracy.

Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and execute data-driven opportunities.

Communication: Clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI or a related field

Strong proficiency in Python programming language

2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field

Experience using AI to automate processes

Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, xgboost, lightGBM, TensorFlow, Keras, and Pytorch

Experience in data analysis, visualization, and manipulation tools such as Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn

Experience with SQL

Nice-to-have knowledge of AWS Stack such as SageMaker and Lambda functions

Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and the ability to think creatively

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable working in English-speaking environments
