Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced AI & Data Platform Solutions Lead for design, evolve, and govern the data foundation that powers all BI, ML, and Agentic AI workloads—spanning modern data platforms, unified governance, AI-augmented data management, and real-time/streaming services.

A Day in the Life of an AI & Data Platform Solutions Lead will include:

• Own lake/lakehouse architectures (cloud & hybrid); lead modernization from traditional warehouses to scalable analytics/ML/GenAI platforms;
• Define unified data governance and management frameworks (quality, metadata, cataloging), central vs federated data strategies;
• Implement AI-augmented data management (automatic ingestion/classification, active metadata, observability, agentic monitoring, conversational exploration);
• Architect streaming platforms and high-throughput real-time processing for event-driven AI use cases;
• Partner with the AI Platform Technical Architect to align data foundations with cognitive layer needs (retrieval, memory, agents);

• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:
• 8–12+ years in data platform architecture and governance; demonstrable lakehouse/cloud modernization experience;

• Hands-on with data quality/metadata tooling, catalog systems, and streaming frameworks;
• Understanding of AI-augmented data practices and their integration with agentic systems;
• Databricks/Delta Lake or Azure Synapse/Fabric; data catalogs/lineage; streaming (Kafka/Event Hubs);
• Security & governance: RBAC, policy as code, data privacy and retention;
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).
