About the manager 

Patrik leads the Data and AI team, overseeing a multidisciplinary group of 20+ experts across data strategy, governance, AI trust, design, and delivery. He handles shaping and scaling PwC’s Trust over AI and Data Governance services, ensuring that clients adopt AI and data technologies safely, ethically, and effectively. 

Patrik studied at the University of Kent and began his career in analytics and business intelligence before transitioning into advisory roles. In recent years, he has worked with some of Europe’s largest organizations—supporting an Energy client in the Netherlands, advising a major Retailer in Sweden, and helping build a smart‑city strategy in Saudi Arabia.  

Job description & summary

We are looking for a Data and AI Manager who will play a critical role in shaping our market presence, elevating delivery excellence, and setting up best‑in‑class practices across data and AI disciplines. This role goes beyond traditional business development or delivery oversight: it is a strategic position designed to strengthen our Data and AI capability, expand our footprint across industries, and cultivate a sustainable pipeline of high‑value opportunities in both the Czech market and international engagements.

• Define and implement AI strategy, methodologies, and best practices to support client data governance, responsible AI adoption, and transformation efforts. 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects, collaborating across analytics, cloud, governance, and business advisory teams to provide holistic solutions. 

• Drive business growth by identifying market trends, designing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling value propositions, and expanding client relationships globally. 

• Build, mentor, and inspire a collaborative team culture focused on learning, innovation, and high performance. 

• Represent the company through leadership, including events, publications, and workshops. 

• Promote agile, transparent ways of working and communicate effectively in English and Czech with diverse audiences. 

Requirements of the role 

• 7–10+ years in AI, data management, analytics, or strategy with consulting and hands-on delivery experience. 

• Proven ability to lead AI transformations, establish industry best practices, and grow business pipelines internationally. 

• Strong commercial mindset and cross-industry experience, able to translate complex AI concepts into practical, client-focused solutions. 

• Demonstrated leadership with experience mentoring teams and fostering a high-performance culture. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Czech. 

• Comfortable working proactively in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
