AI Creative Manager

Healthee is building a modern, AI-powered marketing engine, and we’re looking for a creative innovator to help shape it. This is not a traditional brand manager role. We’re looking for someone who blends:

You’ll help elevate how our brand shows up across every touchpoint —> while building scalable, AI-enabled creative workflows that increase marketing speed, quality, and impact.

Roles and responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Direction

• Own execution of brand look & feel across channels (social media, newsletter, blogs, etc.)
• Develop scalable creative templates and systems
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines

Creative Innovation & AI Integration

• Identify and implement AI tools that improve creative workflows
• Build internal AI agents and prompt libraries to support marketing production
• Systemize repeatable processes across content and design
• Stay ahead of emerging AI and creative tech trends

Campaign & Performance Support

• Collaborate with Growth on paid creative strategy
• Develop testing frameworks for messaging and visuals
• Use performance data to iterate on creative direction

Lifecycle & Engagement

• Improve visual and messaging quality in post-sale communications
• Support client and user onboarding and feature adoption campaigns with compelling creative

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles (preferably B2B SaaS or tech)
• You’d stand out if you have healthcare / health benefits / health & Wellness industry knowledge
• Strong portfolio showcasing both storytelling and design thinking
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, image generation, agent building, automation workflows)
• Systems-oriented thinker — not just a designer, but a builder
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, and Client Services
• Curious, experimental, and fast-moving

Salary:

$130 base salary subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive equity based on the Company’s plans and in accordance with the Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
