AI Context Expert

Your mission:

In this role, you'll own the quality and optimization aspects of AI solutions: mastering prompt engineering, driving application performance improvements, and ensuring seamless alignment between technical capabilities and business needs. You'll be the bridge between AI technology and business value, making sure every solution not only works but excels.
We value quality obsession, optimization expertise, and business acumen. As an AI Context Expert, you'll continuously refine AI performance, master emerging prompt techniques, and help customers extract maximum value from their AI investments.

 Responsibilities:
• Quality Assurance & Excellence• Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of AI solution deliveries
• Establish and maintain quality gates throughout delivery phases
• Ensure all deliverables pass quality criteria and meet business requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and standards

• Prompt Engineering & Optimization• Master prompt engineering techniques and optimization strategies
• Optimize AI model performance and accuracy for customer use cases
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries and best practice guidelines
• Provide expertise on prompt effectiveness and refinement approaches

• Performance Improvement & Business Alignment• Drive application performance improvements and optimization initiatives
• Analyse business requirements and ensure technical solutions deliver value
• Provide business perspective on solution design and implementation
• Measure and report on business value delivery and ROI achievement

• Customer Success & Validation• Act as quality liaison during customer acceptance processes
• Provide business-focused recommendations for solution optimization
• Ensure customer satisfaction with solution performance and business impact
• Support customer success through performance monitoring and improvements

Your profile:
• Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, AI/ML Engineer, or Business Solutions Analyst with focus on AI optimization
• Technical Skills:• Strong background in prompt engineering, AI model optimization, and performance tuning
• Experience with database management (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB), understanding how to structure and manage data efficiently for varied use cases.
• Proficiency in AI/ML evaluation metrics, performance analysis, and optimization techniques
• Experience with quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworks
• Knowledge of business process analysis and value measurement  
• Experience building, testing, and iterating prompt strategies for LLM-driven solutions in production environments.

• Understanding of technical standards, architecture, and compliance requirements

•  Communication Skills:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal), with strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain AI/ML topics, product workflows, technical concepts, and technical issues to diverse non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments
• You’re also unafraid to ask for help when needed.
• Customer success mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative approach, working effectively with technical and business stakeholders

       
Nice to have:
 • Experience in finance domains such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), R2R (Record-to-Report), H2R (Hire-to-Retire), FP&A, or other GBS use cases is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Salesforce.
