They collaborate with bold brands to produce work that defines culture and sets new standards for storytelling. Every project is fast-moving, creatively charged, and executed at the highest level of craft.

They’re hiring an AI Content Creator to join their AI agency team and support one of their flagship clients: a premium consumer brand that blends product design, comfort, and technology.

This role sits at the intersection of AI creativity, visual storytelling, and brand world-building. You’ll be responsible for transforming the brand’s decks, style guides, visual assets, and existing content into a cohesive AI-powered brand identity, then generating AI-first videos, images, and campaign concepts for social.

Your work will directly feed the brand’s TikTok, Instagram, and paid social channels—creating content that feels native, premium, and unmistakably “them.”

Responsibilities - What You’ll Do:

1. AI Brand Identity Development

• Study and absorb the brand’s decks, guidelines, product materials, and historical content.

• Build an evolving AI reference system that includes:

• Visual lookbooks

• Character/scene/style presets

• Lighting, texture, and design language

• Product consistency frameworks

• Train or fine-tune AI models (where needed) to lock in a unified brand aesthetic.

2. AI Content Creation (Core Output)

You’ll use tools like Runway, Sora, Veo 3, Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, and Adobe tools to create:

• Short-form social videos

• High-quality lifestyle imagery

• Motion graphics

• Product-focused sequences

• Concepts for UGC and influencer-style content

• Seasonal campaigns, drops, and tentpole creative

3. Social-Optimized Creative

• Create assets tailored to TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and paid social.

• Ideate content hooks aligned with trends, brand moments, and new product releases.

• Deliver multiple variations for testing across performance channels.

4. Collaboration With the Agency Team

• Work with the team’s AI creative leads, editors, and strategists.

• Participate in weekly creative meetings and content reviews.

• Translate the brand’s marketing goals into AI-first creative concepts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with AI tools (video + image gen) such as: Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Veo, Sora, Pika, or similar.

• Demonstrated ability to create consistent brand output—not just one-off AI experiments.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and model workflows.

• Experience producing short-form content for brands.

• Understanding of lighting, composition, motion, and storytelling.

• Ability to replicate brand voices, visual identities, and aesthetics.

• Understand how creative ladders up to marketing objectives.

• Comfortable working fast, iterating, and producing high volumes of content.

• Highly proactive, self-managing, and organized.

• Strong creative taste and attention to detail.
