As our AI Content Creator Intern, you will help shape the next generation of inbound growth at Skello; combining creativity, data, and AI to scale content production, accelerate inbound flows, and run fast-paced experiments.

What you will do
- Contribute to the creation, optimization, and localization of content across all our European markets: France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
- Produce a high volume of content including landing pages, articles, scripts, emails, posts, and marketing assets, using AI and LLMs as core accelerators.
- Build and optimize AI-first workflows to increase speed, quality, and consistency: content briefing, rewriting, semantic SEO, clustering, A/B testing, advanced prompting, etc.
- Use automation tools and structured processes to scale content operations and increase efficiency across the Growth team.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure a seamless journey from awareness to conversion.
- Track the performance of your content (SEO, MQL generation, conversion) and propose fast, data-driven optimizations.

What we are looking for
- A final-year student looking for a 6-month full-time internship in marketing, growth, or content.
- You use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable or other AI tools in an advanced way: workflows, automation, agents or systems, not just simple prompts.
- You are passionate about content creation and want to learn how to scale a modern, AI-powered content machine.
- You think analytically, you test, you measure, you iterate. You’re not here to publish content randomly, but to understand and improve performance.
- You know how to structure processes and leverage automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, etc.).
- You want 6 intense months in a high-expectation team where you will learn a lot and get real responsibility quickly.
- Fluent in French; comfortable in English. Italian or Spanish is a plus.
- If you haven’t integrated AI into your daily workflow, or if you’ve never automated a process, this internship is not for you.
