About the Role

We are looking for a tech-forward AI Content Coordinator who is excited to sit at the intersection of editorial excellence and artificial intelligence. You won’t just be writing; you’ll be a "pilot" for our AI engine—using advanced tools to research, draft, and transform scientific content into high-performing digital assets.

This isn't about automated churn. You will play a vital role in our new AI-driven workflows, ensuring that every piece of content—from deep-dive articles to AI-generated videos—is scientifically accurate, search-optimized, and brings genuine value to our audience.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline Execution: Run and refine AI prompts and automation tools to generate high-quality editorial content and "content clusters."

Multimodal Production: Use AI platforms to transform written articles and webinars into visual assets, including social media snippets, AI-video avatars, and custom imagery.

Quality & Accuracy: Serve as the final human check—fact-checking and polishing AI-generated drafts to ensure scientific precision, brand tone, and clarity.

SEO & Intent Mapping: Conduct keyword research to identify high-value topics and use AI to map content structures to specific search intents.

AIO Optimization: Stay ahead of "AI Overviews" and algorithm changes to ensure our content remains discoverable in the evolving search landscape.

Collaboration: Work closely with the AI Operations & Strategy Manager to test new platforms and scale our content output.

What You’ll Bring

Educational Background: A degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.

Editorial Eye: Experience in digital publishing or content creation where accuracy and attention to detail were paramount.

AI Fluency: Hands-on experience (or a deep curiosity) with LLMs like ChatGPT or Google Gemini for ideation, outlining, and content transformation.

Technical Agility: Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC) and an eagerness to learn AI video/image generation tools.

Critical Thinking: The ability to "fact-check" an AI, identifying hallucinations or inaccuracies in scientific descriptions.

Adaptability: A "test-and-learn" mindset suited for a fast-moving, experimental team environment.
