Artefact is looking for an AI Coach to support the responsible and effective adoption of Artificial Intelligence.

In this role, you’ll act as a facilitator, advisor, and trainer, helping teams identify high-value use cases, adopt AI tools in their daily work, and ensure alignment with business priorities and governance frameworks.

If you have at least five years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of AI technologies, and a talent for enabling transformation through people, this role is for you.

Who You Are

Experienced professional: At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, or related fields.

Clear communicator: Able to explain complex AI concepts in simple, practical terms to non-technical audiences.

Change agent: Comfortable leading workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions to drive adoption and mindset change.

Strategic thinker: Experienced in identifying opportunities where AI can create business value, and in prioritizing initiatives that deliver real impact.

Trusted advisor: Confident working with senior stakeholders and building bridges between business and technical teams.

Eager to grow: Passionate about responsible AI, governance, and the human side of technology adoption.

What You Will Do

• Identify and prioritize use cases: Work with core business teams to assess processes, spot opportunities for AI, and evaluate feasibility and impact.

• Support adoption: Help professionals use AI tools effectively (e.g. Copilot), build prompt libraries, and embed AI into daily workflows.

• Bridge business and tech: Act as the link between core business teams and central AI functions, ensuring alignment with governance and strategy.

• Lead change: Facilitate workshops, training, and coaching sessions to raise awareness, build skills, and encourage experimentation.

• Promote responsible AI: Ensure that AI adoption follows governance, risk, and ethical standards.

• Foster innovation: Share best practices, success stories, and use cases to build a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• A degree in business, communication, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, or innovation.

• Solid understanding of AI and GenAI technologies (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models).

• Experience in facilitation and coaching, including workshops and training sessions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, and ethics in corporate environments.

• A collaborative, empathetic, and results-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
