At MyHeritage, we are looking for a high-agency AI Champion to lead the internal revolution of AI adoption across the entire organization.

As an AI Champion, you won't just suggest ideas; you will be the engine that powers AI implementation.

You will work across legal, marketing, product, and finance teams to identify opportunities, navigate roadblocks, and ensure that AI isn't just a buzzword, but a core part of our operations.

Reporting directly to the VP of AI, you will act as a strategic and technical partner, bridging the gap between machine learning engineers, security teams, and business units.

What you’ll do

• Lead the internal revolution of AI adoption by identifying and executing high-impact use cases that drive measurable productivity improvements across all departments.

• Partner with legal, marketing, product, and finance teams to navigate roadblocks and integrate AI into core operations to enhance operational efficiency.

• Act as a strategic and technical bridge between machine learning engineers, security teams, and business units.

• Lead the company-wide adoption of n8n, collaborating with business units to automate workflows and deliver significant time-savings.

• Conduct internal training and workshops to build AI-automation proficiency, empowering teams to independently improve their own productivity.

• Partner with IT and Security teams to manage, scale, and secure the n8n platform and environment.

• Provide hands-on engineering support to help teams build, integrate, and troubleshoot AI tools designed to solve real-world productivity bottlenecks.

• Translate complex LLM and ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive results.

• Ensure all AI implementations meet corporate compliance, data privacy, and security protocols.

• Push for results in complex environments, challenging the status quo to ensure AI becomes a core driver of organizational output and performance.

What you bring

• Proactive "Pusher" Mentality: You are a self-starter with high agency. You don't wait for permission; you find ways to get buy-in and drive results even in environments where cooperation might be low or resistance is high.

• AI & LLM Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience in the AI space, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and workflow automations. You are deeply familiar with the current AI landscape and how to apply it practically (experience with n8n is a significant advantage).

• Engineering Foundation: 5+ years of experience in software engineering. You need a solid technical background to help teams build, integrate, and troubleshoot the AI tools they use.

• The "Bridge" Skill: Proven ability to navigate the intersection of R&D and Security. You can translate technical requirements for security reviews and ensure that AI implementations meet corporate compliance standards without slowing down innovation.

• Strategic Execution: Ability to identify high-impact AI use cases and see them through from concept to full-scale deployment.

• Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills. You can explain complex LLM or ML concepts to a lawyer or a finance lead as easily as you can discuss architecture with a developer.

• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering. An MBA or background in industrial engineering is an advantage.

• Deep curiosity about Generative AI, LLMs, and the evolving AI landscape.

• Experience in change management or leading digital transformation in a large-scale environment.

• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and building custom internal technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of security protocols, data privacy, and the compliance requirements associated with AI data usage.
