We are seeking an experienced AI Business Process Manager to lead the transformation of enterprise business processes through Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation. This role is critical in identifying process inefficiencies, designing AI-driven solutions, and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data science teams, and technology partners to deliver measurable business impact through AI adoption.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze end-to-end business processes across functions to identify automation and AI enablement opportunities.
• Map current-state and future-state processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure process efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity improvements.

AI & Machine Learning Implementation

• Partner with data science and engineering teams to translate business problems into ML-driven solutions.
• Support the design, deployment, and scaling of machine learning models for process optimization, prediction, and decision automation.
• Ensure AI solutions are practical, explainable, and aligned with organizational governance and compliance standards.

Digital Transformation Strategy

• Lead AI-led transformation initiatives as part of the broader digital roadmap.
• Drive adoption of intelligent automation, AI platforms, and data-driven decision-making across business units.
• Act as a change agent to promote AI-first thinking and continuous improvement culture.

RPA & Workflow Automation

• Identify and implement RPA and workflow automation solutions to streamline repetitive, rule-based, and semi-cognitive processes.
• Collaborate with automation teams to integrate RPA with AI/ML models for intelligent end-to-end workflows.
• Oversee automation lifecycle management, including process selection, design, testing, deployment, and optimization.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Work closely with senior leadership, functional heads, and external vendors to align AI initiatives with business priorities.
• Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and executive-level presentations for AI investments.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in all implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in business process management, digital transformation, or intelligent automation roles.
• Strong expertise in Business Process Analysis, Process Re-engineering, and Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning concepts, AI solution design, and AI implementation frameworks.
• Proven experience in RPA and workflow automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar).
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI and automation solutions.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise AI platforms, BPM tools, and data analytics ecosystems.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs in large or fast-growing organizations.
• Certification in BPM, RPA, AI, or Digital Transformation is a plus.
