We are looking for an AI Business Integration Specialist to join our AI Transformation team. You will be the bridge between operational departments and our AI Core Team — understanding real business problems, translating them into AI opportunities, and ensuring that solutions deliver measurable value on the ground. 

This is not a pure tech role. It's about combining analytical thinking with strong communication to make AI work in a manufacturing environment. If you're energized by solving real problems, comfortable working with both engineers and production managers, and curious about what AI can do in an industrial context — this role is for you. 

 

Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

• Identify and document opportunities for process improvement through AI and digitalization within assigned departments (production, logistics, quality, engineering) 
• Analyze user needs and translate business requirements into clear specifications for the AI Core Team (developers, data engineers) 
•  Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions, collect user feedback and drive continuous improvement 
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with departmental stakeholders to surface and prioritize AI use cases 
•  Support users in adopting and correctly using implemented AI tools and dashboards 
•  Contribute to performance reporting and KPI tracking on AI adoption in your assigned area 
• Participate in sprint reviews, project meetings and AI Adoption Network sessions 

 

• You have a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field 
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in roles involving business analysis, process improvement, digitalization or IT project coordination in a manufacturing or industrial environment 
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data (Excel advanced level, SQL basics, Power BI or similar tools) 
• You understand what AI and machine learning can do at a practical level — you don't need to build models, but you need to understand their potential and limitations 
• You have experience documenting processes (as-is / to-be) and writing functional specifications 
• You are a strong communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• You are proactive, self-organized and comfortable navigating ambiguity — AI transformation is a new territory, and we're building the path as we go 
•  You are fluent in Romanian and have a good command of English (min. B2); German is a plus 

 

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies 
•  Familiarity with process mining, BPMN and automation tools 
•  Exposure to manufacturing execution systems (MES), SAP or shopfloor IT systems 
• Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or large industrial organization
