Wir suchen eine:n AI Automation Manager (m/w/d), um unser AI Enablement Team zu verstärken und Automatisierung bei celebrate company gezielt voranzutreiben. Du kombinierst systematisches Process Mapping mit hands-on technischer Umsetzung, um bereichsübergreifende Pain Points in wartbare, messbare Lösungen zu übersetzen. Die Rolle ist remote-first innerhalb Deutschlands (idealerweise nähe München oder Hamburg), berichtet an den AI Officer und arbeitet eng mit dem CEO-Sponsor sowie dem CTO zusammen.

Deine Rolle

• Volle Ownership für cross-funktionale Prozess-Discovery, Mapping und Redesign inklusive Dokumentationsstandards und Handover-Modelle, um automationsfähige und wartbare Workflows zu ermöglichen

• Entwicklung und Integration von KI-getriebenen Automationen und Agents über LLM-Plattformen (z. B. OpenAI, n8n) sowie Custom Code mit REST APIs, um manuelle Arbeit zu reduzieren und fragmentierte Systeme zu verbinden

• Priorisierung eines vordefinierten Use-Case-Portfolios mit Impact-vs.-Effort-Linse in Partnerschaft mit AI Ambassadors und Function Leads bei celebrate, um messbare Zeitersparnis und Quick Wins zu liefern

• Zusammenarbeit mit AI Officer, CTO und deinem Team zu Delivery Cadence, Code Quality und Context Capture, um nachhaltigen Betrieb und klare Ownership über Teams hinweg sicherzustellen
