We’re looking for a AI Automation Manager (m/f/d) to join our AI Enablement team and accelerate automation across celebrate company. You combine process mapping with hands-on coding to turn cross-functional pain points into maintainable, measurable solutions. The role sits in Germany (remote possible, ideally Munich or Hamburg) and reports to the AI Officer, collaborating closely with the CEO sponsor and CTO.

Your role

Full ownership of cross-functional process discovery, mapping, and redesign including documentation standards and handover models to enable automation-ready, maintainable workflows

Development and integration of AI-driven automations and agents using LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, n8n) and custom code with REST APIs to reduce manual work and connect fragmented systems

Prioritization of a pre-defined use case portfolio with an Impact vs. Effort lens in partnership with AI Ambassadors and Function Leads across celebrate to deliver measurable time savings and quick wins

Collaboration with AI Officer, CTO, and your team on delivery cadence, code quality, and context capture to ensure sustainable operations and clear ownership across teams

Your profile

+3 years of experience in a digital or e-commerce context with end-to-end process work and implementation in cross-functional environments

Technical proficiency in process analysis, Python or JavaScript, API integrations (REST, webhooks), and LLM-based solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms

Fluent English with the ability to work across teams and brands; German is a plus

Your mindset

Ownership – You take automations from concept through rollout and upkeep, set clear feasibility boundaries, and design for maintainability so teams can operate them.

Bias for action – You ship useful v1s fast, validate with users, track time saved, and refine based on data instead of over-planning in a fragmented system landscape.

Process-first enablement – You map how work really happens, explain technical choices clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and focus on impact by removing repetitive work.
