Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize intelligent workflows and automation systems. This role requires an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in building automation pipelines. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms with a deep understanding of data processes to deliver scalable solutions for internal operations and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Clay, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
Implement AI-driven solutions for data processing, personalization, and workflow optimization.
Integrate APIs and third-party tools into custom automation pipelines.
Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency
Conduct testing, monitoring, and optimization of automation processes to ensure reliability and scalability.
Apply AI models and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.) to solve business problems and improve client deliverables.
Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and best practices.
Stay updated on emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and frameworks to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualification
Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional level with excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to design efficient workflows.
2 years or 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, automation, or workflow design.
Proficiency with automation tools such as n8n, Clay, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar.
Experience integrating APIs and managing data transformation/enrichment pipelines.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, Hugging Face).
Strong knowledge of Python or JavaScript for building custom automations.
Ability to analyze performance data and optimize automation processes.
It’s a plus if you have:
Experience in eCommerce automation, personalization, or lead generation workflows.
Knowledge of web development frameworks and working alongside engineering teams.
Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning pipelines.
Prior experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
