Role Overview:   

We are looking for a dynamic AI Developer with strong Python and frontend development skills to join our digital innovation team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about GenAI, full-stack thinking, and intelligent automation.

You'll design and implement modular AI workflows, intuitive interfaces, and scalable solutions that support initiatives across vehicle testing, diagnostics, analytics, and content development. 

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop end-to-end AI-powered solutions with modular, reusable components using Python, Flask, and REST APIs.

Create intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using ReactJS/Angular or similar frameworks to support analytics and decision-making workflows

Collaborate across domains (technology, vehicle systems, UX, diagnostics) to integrate AI/LLM capabilities into test and content automation

Prototype and scale GenAI workflows for use cases like root cause analysis, profile comparison, RAG pipelines, and KPI dashboards.

Automate routine content, validation, or reporting tasks using containerized setups and multi-model orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong programming background in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).

2+ years of experienceSolid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and multi-model reasoning.

Experience with frontend frameworks like ReactJS, Vue, or AngularExposure to workflow automation, Flask API orchestration, and GenAI prompt engineering.

Familiarity with tools like Docker, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric design mindset.
