Requirements:
What You’ll Do

You will lead visual direction and build scalable art pipelines using AI-assisted workflows.

• Define and maintain the visual direction across games and features
• Ensure strong UI/UX quality aligned with product and gameplay goals
• Build and scale art production pipelines using AI tools
• Collaborate with AI engineers to develop workflows for faster asset creation
• Produce and guide high-quality UI, assets, and visual systems
• Ensure consistency and quality while enabling high-volume output
• Work closely with product and design to align visuals with retention and monetization goals
• Continuously improve visual output through iteration and data
• Actively research and integrate emerging AI tools and models into production workflows as the landscape evolves

What You Bring

• Strong experience in mobile game art, with a focus on UI/UX
• You’ve worked on shipped games (casual or hybrid casual)
• Strong sense of visual quality, clarity, and player experience
• Experience using AI tools for asset creation or willingness to adopt them quickly
• You are comfortable balancing speed and quality
• You think in systems — not just individual assets
• You are proactive in improving workflows and pipelines
• You take ownership and drive visual quality across the team
• You care about outcomes, not process
• You actively follow the AI tooling landscape and bring new capabilities to the team
