You will work at the intersection of technical depth and commercial thinking — delivering on today’s engagements while continuously evolving our proposition and expanding what we can credibly take to market.

 

What You Will Do

Delivery and Architect — Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients across UK&I and DACH markets, from discovery through to production.

Drive Innovation — Continuously scan the AI landscape, identify emerging capabilities, and translate them into concrete additions to our offering portfolio — new accelerators, new use cases, new delivery patterns.

Evolve Our Offerings — Work alongside practice leadership to extend and sharpen our AI service portfolio. Bring new thinking grounded in what clients actually need and what the technology now makes possible.

Build with the Modern AI Stack — Architect AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agentic frameworks, and vector databases, integrated into enterprise platforms including ServiceNow.

Set the Standards — Define AI architectural patterns, design principles, and reference architectures that raise the bar across every engagement.

Grow the Team — Mentor AI/ML engineers and consultants, contribute to hiring decisions, and help build a team capable of delivering what you design.

Win with Clients — Lead technical discovery with C-level stakeholders, shape compelling solution proposals, and support pre-sales through RFPs and architectural presentations.

 

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years designing complex technology solutions at architecture level
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of ML/AI: supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, fine-tuning
• Production AI experience with for example LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic — shipped and running, not demoed
• Proven experience building Agentic AI systems and AI Orchestration architecture
• Cloud platform experience: Azure, AWS, or GCP — at least one in live delivery
• MLOps fluency: model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, deployment pipelines
• A track record of bringing new ideas to market — accelerators, propositions, or repeatable solution patterns
• Professional English — you will work directly with clients in UK and DACH

Strongly Preferred

• ServiceNow platform experience, especially AI capabilities: Now Intelligence, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence
• Model governance and Responsible AI frameworks in regulated enterprise environments
• Prior consulting or systems integrator background — knows how to package technical capability into a sellable proposition
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth
• Published work, open-source contributions, or conference presence in the AI space — a strong signal
