Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and implement a comprehensive Generative AI strategy that aligns with and drives organizational goals and objectives

o Lead high impact AI initiatives from conception and design through to implementation and validation

o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI developers ensuring architectural designs are implemented correctly and efficiently Architecture Design

o Design and architect robust scalable and maintainable end to end Generative AI solutions

o Create detailed High Level HLD and Low Level LLD design documents for complex AI systems focusing on modularity performance and security

o Champion a strong software engineering discipline within the AI team moving beyond simple scripting to build enterprise grade applications Collaboration Implementation

o Work in a highly collaborative approach with business units and AI development teams to translate functional requirements into cutting edge technical architectures

o Conduct hands on Proof of Concept PoC and Proof of Technology PoT validations to assess new tools and frameworks with an expert level ability to code in Python as needed

o Utilize and promote AI assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot Cursor ai or VS Studio with AI capabilities to accelerate development cycles Governance Operations

o Ensure all AI applications and solutions are compliant with internal data governance policies and external regulatory requirements

o Stay relentlessly up to date with the latest AI trends technologies and frameworks applying them to new and existing solutions

o Manage technical change effectively to ensure minimal disruption to business operations during AI system upgrades and deployments.

Required Qualifications:

1.  Skills Education Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field Experience

2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering with a significant focus on designing and implementing large scale AI and ML architectures Core ML AI

3. Expert level understanding of core Machine Learning algorithms Supervised Unsupervised and Reinforcement Learning

4. Deep knowledge of Deep Learning architectures including CNNs RNNs and Transformers

5. Proven experience with NLP techniques including text processing sentiment analysis and large language models LLMs

6. Hands on expertise with major AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Technical Engineering

7. Expert level proficiency in Python and its AI ML ecosystem

8. Solid understanding of Cloud systems AWS Azure GCP and enterprise infrastructure

9. Strong knowledge of enterprise network architecture including firewalls corporate LAN and secure cloud connectivity Soft Skills

10. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders

11. Proven leadership and problem solving abilities .

Preferred Expertise  The Differentiators

1. We are looking for a candidate who is deeply immersed in the next generation of AI development  Hands on experience in the following areas will be highly valued

2.  Agentic AI  Demonstrable experience designing and building systems using Agentic RAG  Agent to Agent  A2A  communication patterns  and skill based architectures

3. Advanced Engineering  Expertise in Context Engineering and advanced Prompt Engineering for complex  multi step reasoning tasks

 4. Modern Frameworks  Familiarity with emerging concepts and frameworks such as MCP  Modular Cognitive like Processes   generative AI evaluation frameworks  and workflow automation tools like N8N

5.Cloud Specifics  OTC  Over the Counter  cloud or equivalent specialized financial enterprise cloud expertise is strongly preferred
