The Opportunity

We are seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate workflows, enhance productivity, and improve user experiences across our systems. This role requires a strong understanding of AI models, prompt engineering, API integrations, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with creativity and curiosity — capable of leveraging tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs to build solutions that transform how we work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Build AI Agents: Develop, train, and deploy custom AI agents that automate business tasks, manage conversations, and execute multi-step workflows.
• Integrate APIs and Tools: Connect AI systems with third-party applications (e.g., Slack, Make.com, Airtable, Google Workspace, CRMs) for dynamic automation.
• Workflow Automation: Create and optimize end-to-end AI-driven automations for internal and client use cases.
• Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and refine advanced prompts and system instructions to ensure optimal LLM performance.
• Model Customization: Fine-tune or adapt pre-trained language models for specific business needs.
• Testing & Evaluation: Measure agent performance, accuracy, and response quality; implement improvements using feedback and data-driven insights.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI workflows, processes, and model configurations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product teams, and operations to identify AI opportunities and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Data Privacy & Ethics: Ensure AI systems comply with data security, privacy, and ethical use standards.

Requirements:
Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI, software development, or automation engineering.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and RESTful integrations.
• Understanding of prompt design, LLM architectures, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB).
• Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n).

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with React Native, GraphQL, or design systems.
• Prior work with AI/ML tools, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Building or contributing to open-source AI tools.
