Job Description

Your mission:

• Build and lead our AI adoption practice, from initial pilots to scaled rollouts.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of forward deployed engineers.

• Establish and grow partnerships with system integrators (SIs) and consulting firms.

• Act as the bridge between JetBrains product teams and customer organizations.

Who you are:

• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and has experience building new business functions, methodologies, or teams from scratch.

• Someone who can translate deep technical concepts into clear business value and ROI for senior executives.

• Natural relationship builder who can earn trust and act as a key liaison between external partners, enterprise customers, and internal product teams.

What we’re looking for:

• At least seven years of experience in consulting and strategic partnerships.

• Proven track record in business transformation or enterprise software delivery.

• Strong relationships with SIs, consulting firms, and enterprise technology leaders.

• Deep understanding of the modern software development life cycle.

• Experience with AI transformation is a plus, but not required.

Success looks like:

• Lighthouse customers adopting AI at scale.

• Strategic partnerships established with top consultancies and integrators.

• Recognized methodology and playbooks for AI adoption in place.
