How your role will look like:

• Own and govern the end-to-end AdTech ecosystem (Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, header bidding)

• Serve as the technical authority and escalation point for ad delivery, reporting, and data quality issues

• Operate the AdTech service desk, acting as first-line support for local entities and coordinating issue resolution with engineering and product teams

• Own and execute the AI roadmap for AdTech, balancing innovation and operational excellence

• Develop AI-driven solutions for bidding optimization and predictive targeting

• Govern automated bidding algorithms to align with margin and growth objectives

• Optimize yield performance through auction dynamics, supply-path efficiency, experimentation, and continuous performance analysis

What you need to succeed:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, AdTech, or MarTech

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Deep knowledge of RTB, header bidding and DSP/SSP ecosystems

• Proven experience leading AdTech implementations or transformation projects

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL for tracking, debugging, and analysis

• Experience working with AI/ML-driven advertising or automation frameworks

• Solid understanding of attribution models, experimentation methodologies, and performance measurement

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact for senior stakeholders

• Fluency in German and English is required
