Your mission:
• Develop and deploy AI-driven acoustic sensing systems for UAV detection, classification, localization, and tracking
• Design, train, and extend custom neural network architectures for analyzing acoustic signatures, noise patterns, and audio anomalies
• Optimize real-time audio signal processing pipelines for UAV swarm coordination, defense systems, and stealth detection
• Apply microphone array processing, acoustic beamforming, Doppler analysis, and advanced noise reduction techniques to improve UAV audio sensing performance
• Lead hands-on efforts in data collection, labeling, augmentation, and training for complex, custom acoustic datasets
• Integrate AI-powered acoustic models into multi-modal sensor fusion frameworks (Radar, RF, EO/IR, LiDAR)
• Ensure compliance with defense and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, ITAR, NATO STANAGs, IEC acoustic systems)
Your profile:
• Extensive, hands-on experience in AI-driven audio signal processing, acoustics, or acoustic sensing
• Deep knowledge of neural network models for sound applications, including detection, classification, and localization
• Demonstrated ability to design, modify, and extend network architectures, not limited to off-the-shelf models
• Strong background in microphone array processing, acoustic beamforming, sound localization, and noise reduction
• Proven experience with data acquisition, labeling pipelines, augmentation strategies, and training models from scratch or adapting them to custom classes
• Solid understanding of real-time DSP and AI-enhanced signal processing systems
• High proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with practical experience using audio processing libraries and frameworks
Nice to have:
• Experience with acoustic sensing in military or defense environments, including UAV surveillance and stealth detection
• Knowledge of psychoacoustics, bio-inspired hearing models, or advanced acoustic modeling
• Familiarity with ROS-based systems, real-time environments, and C++
• Experience deploying, optimizing, and maintaining machine learning models in production or embedded systems
• Background in adversarial AI for sound recognition, acoustic anomaly detection, or sonar intelligence
